Math:  Adding and subtracting fractions. Test on Friday

Spelling: Lesson 25. Steller Speller words: circumference, gratitude, humiliation, embarrass, foreigner.

Reading: Continue Winn Dixie unit.

English:  Mixed Patterns.

Tech: Wednesday with Mrs. Luna.

Science: Solar system

Social Studies:  Farming in Idaho

Bible: Friends and Heroes of the Bible

P.E.: None this week.

Typing:  Skill Builder- first half (Do screens 1-7)

Memory verse: Psalm 19:14

Classroom News


Next week’s field trip is to the Fish Hatchery in Orofino and the Dworshak Dam. No warmups for lunch! They will need a warm coat as it is chillier in Orofino. We will need to leave the school at 8:15am and will return at 2pm. Thank you to Mrs. Stedman for volunteering to drive. I could use one more driver please.


***We have another field trip scheduled for Thursday April 25th. We will be going to the farming museum in Pomeroy, Wa. No warm-ups for lunch!!! We will need to leave the school at 9:15am, and will return at 2pm. Please let me know if you are available to drive.


***Our big river adventure is on Friday May 3rd. The boat leaves at 9am promptly from Hells Gate Park Marina and will return at roughly 5pm. Please be there at the boat ramp by 8:45am so we can get everyone loaded on time. Lunches and water will be provided. There are restroom facilities on the boat.


***As the weather is getting warmer, so are the classrooms AND so are the students!!!! Please, please, please have mercy on the teacher, and insist on deodorant and daily showers for your child!! Thank you! J.
